KOMAEN has three meeting rooms in Oirschot. 't Kabinet has a fixed boardroom-style layout for smaller groups. Buitenzicht and De Schouw offer more space and can be arranged in different ways depending on the number of participants.
The number of attendees is a starting point. Theatre-style seating may suit a presentation, while a boardroom or U-shaped layout can be more practical for discussions involving the entire group. Not every layout is available in every room.

't Kabinet has a fixed boardroom-style layout for up to 15 people. The meeting table is positioned centrally in the room. There is a separate buffet table for coffee and tea, as well as a permanently installed 55-inch LCD screen. An additional rental fee applies when using the screen.
Buitenzicht offers natural daylight, a private terrace and a bar. The room can be arranged in several ways, including U-shaped, boardroom-style, cabaret-style and theatre-style seating. This makes it suitable for different types of business meetings and presentations.
De Schouw is KOMAEN's largest individual meeting room. It has a private terrace, bar and windows overlooking the Pitch&Putt golf course. Several layouts are possible, including boardroom-style, U-shaped, cabaret-style and theatre-style seating.
For larger groups, Buitenzicht and De Schouw can be combined. The available capacity will depend on the preferred layout and how the spaces will be used.
Capacity by room layout
A meeting room with an overall capacity of 70 or 150 people does not offer the same number of seats in every arrangement. The table below shows the maximum number of participants for three commonly used meeting layouts.

Good to know: these figures represent the maximum capacity for each seating arrangement. Buitenzicht can accommodate up to 70 people with an informal combination of theatre-style seating and standing tables. A similar informal layout in De Schouw can accommodate up to 150 people. These are not standard theatre-style layouts.
Cabaret-style seating is also available in Buitenzicht and De Schouw, with maximum capacities of 35 and 75 people respectively. The final room arrangement will be agreed in advance based on the group size and intended use.
What facilities are available in the meeting rooms?
Writing materials and presentation equipment are available for business meetings. Which facilities are included and which require an additional rental fee depends on the room.
Wi-Fi is also available. When making an enquiry, you can specify whether the meeting room should be prepared for a presentation, group discussion or another seating arrangement.
