DANCING WITH A SWORD
Fencing looks easy but it requires a lot of agility, creativity and concentration. Fencing is a way of life for the professional and you will experience that for yourself when you face your friend or colleague with the epee.
WHAT YOU WILL DO.
This workshop consists of an introduction, the basics and finally dueling in teams. During the introduction the technique will be discussed, a bit of history, but also the different weapons of fencing will be discussed. Then we will practice footwork, stance, attack techniques and also defense techniques are nice to know.
Then it's time for the real thing: dueling in teams. Now it gets exciting! Are you able to beat your colleagues, friends or family in a fencing duel?
WHAT TO BRING
Don't forget to wear sporty clothes while fencing, we will take care of the rest of the gear.

During the day, you’re still very welcome to join us for a delicious lunch or afternoon drink.
For meetings or larger groups of 25 people or more, we’re happy to open our doors in the evening as well!
