Tuk-Tuk Streetfoodfestival

We have something new at KOMAEN: the Tuk-Tuk Street Food Festival! A festival where you, along with all the guests, enjoy different stalls and culinary themes. This is all about the food as well as the atmosphere. Because the stalls make sure that the terrace & hall are immediately provided with some eye-catchers. For a moment you imagine yourself at a food market where you can smell the different cuisines and see our chefs live in action.

At the Tuk-Tuk Streetfood Festival you choose from 3 different themes. Here we work mainly with fresh (local) products. Some examples are:

BBQ
Polsdonkburger with Smulders tomatoes and cocktail dressing
Pulled chicken panini with homemade coleslaw
Marinated gambas skewers with aioli

ASIAN
Pokebowl with surimi, sesame and wasabi mayonnaise
Yakitori skewers with sesame
Torpedo shrimps with chili dip

TEXMEX
Nacho pulled pork with yogurt dressing
Bucket buffalo hotwings
Tuna panini with guacamole

VEGA
Falafal skewer with pita and tzaziki
Veggie burger with homemade burger sauce
Pulled jackfruit panini with homemade coleslaw

ITALIAN
Spicy pizza with salami
Pizza margherita with arugula
Pasta pesto with parmesan

The Tuk-Tuk Streetfood Festival can be booked from 50 people upwards. It especially gives extra atmosphere to a company outing, wedding, team day or special occasion (anniversary). Would you like more information? Then contact our colleague Dorien!
